June brought the End of the School Year, Baseball, and Summer Time. We are so proud of Brittany she excelled in school and was Awarded the Hope of America Award. She also Earned the Great American Award which she had to pass of many things I will try to remember all she had to do. She had to memorize all the; states and capitals, the Gettysburg address, the Preamble, the presidents first and last names in order, write the Pledge of Allegiance with no mistakes, and so on. The 5th graders put on a Civil war reenactment that she was able to recite a Part of the program with her Best friend Emily. They have it on the last day of school. Brittany is now on to Middle School for 6th grade. Alyssa had a fantastic year in 1st grade with Mrs. Mickelsen she just loved her and she did awesome. Connor had Mrs Fluckiger for 3rd grade and also had a great year. Baseball started for Connor and this year he started pitching and loves it. Ashleigh passed 8th grade and is moving on up. She loves school, she does very well and is always on the Honor Roll. Very Proud of Her! Ashleigh also got her first job as a scorekeeper for the city and really likes it. We also had Fathers Day and Brett had a relaxing day. We are greatful for our Fathers!
